"My fiancee and I are new to Tacoma and were shopping for somewhere for him to get his hair cut regularly. We settled on Sportcuts. We were leaving the next day for a trip out of town and both very excited because we would be meeting each others parents.
We were greated upon arrival and he was seated quickly. Long story short:
Cut was uneven and choppy
Stylist needed assistance
Not lined up in back properly
Left beard to thin on one side
Uneven sideburns.
We left but before even making it to the car we turned around and asked her to correct it. They obliged and what I am assuming is the best they could to fix it.The bottom line is that now he has to shave off much of his beard.
It is not likely we will return."

"I got the worst haircut of my life from Spencer. He trimmed one of my sideburns and left the other one untouched. I went back in after looking in the car mirror and he messed it up again so i decided not to go back for a third try. When i got home my wife told me my neck line was also not trimmed. So i went to the sport clips in Renton and got a fantastic clean-up job from them. I won’t ever return to the Tacoma Sport Clips"

"Worst haircut ever. Woman shaved almost an inch above my natural hairline in the back, then said "That's just how I do it" when I said it didn't look good. Sideburns/ears were completely uneven, as was the top. Absolutely horrible. She was the only person in the store when I left so there was no one to complain to. I sent an email through the website and never got a response. I'll never go back there or to and Sport Clips based on this experience."

"Got a coupon for a free haircut for a first time customer. The shop is next to the Stadium Thriftway. The place looked new. If it was not new, it was very clean. The set up was attractive. Raeann explained various options that I had for a haircut. She was friendly and helpful.
The log in system has a time estimate for how long to wait. I waited less than 10 minutes. I was given a card with the name of my stylist. Seems like a good way to get a repeat customer."
